How to catch the party enquiry that comes in at 11pm

When it matters

Someone is planning a birthday, team dinner, or private event after you’ve closed. If they have to remember to call tomorrow, the enquiry may disappear.

Put the page there

Your page already has a Private events tab. Put the page anywhere people may discover you after hours: your website, Google listing, Instagram bio, or a link you send directly.

In your dashboard, go to Menu & setup → Share to get the link.

What comes back to you

The enquiry lands on your Service tab with the guest’s name, contact details, and what they wrote. It stays there under Open until you deal with it.

With the host on, the conversation can gather details such as the date and headcount before the enquiry reaches you, so you have more to work with when you call back.

What it costs

Nothing for the enquiry form. The host that gathers extra details is part of the paid plan.
